The best way is to send us a WhatsApp message with a photo of your garment and describe what you need changed. Alternatively, book an appointment and bring it in for a consultation — we'll quote on the spot.
Most standard alterations are completed within 3–5 business days. Bridal and formal wear may take longer due to multiple fittings. If you have an urgent deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
A small rush fee may apply for same-day or next-day alterations depending on availability. We'll always let you know upfront if an urgency fee applies before we start work.
Yes! We work with all fabric types including silk, chiffon, satin, lace, denim, linen, wool, polyester and more. Delicate or specialty fabrics may attract a slightly higher price due to the additional care required.
